Welcome to The Opulence of Egypt.. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms, along with our Privacy Policy, govern our relationship with you in relation to this website and the services you purchase. Please read these terms carefully before making a booking.
A booking is considered confirmed only after we have received the required deposit and you have received a written booking confirmation from us. The deposit amount and final payment schedule will be detailed in your personalized tour proposal. The final balance is typically due 60 days prior to the start of your tour. Failure to pay the final balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they possess all necessary travel documents, including a valid passport with at least six months of validity remaining, any required visas for Egypt, and proof of any necessary vaccinations. We can provide advice on these matters, but we are not responsible for any failure on your part to obtain the correct documentation. Clients are also responsible for adhering to the local laws and customs of Egypt during their travels.
While we are committed to providing a safe and seamless experience, travel involves inherent risks. The Opulence of Egypt, its employees, and its partners shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity which may occur during a tour, whether by reason of defect in a vehicle or through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour. We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to the itinerary if necessary due to local conditions or unforeseen circumstances, while ensuring the overall quality of the experience is maintained. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Egypt.
